Returns and Exchanges TOP

 

Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer's expense. Sale items ( including items that a discount code are used for ) are a final sale. We do charge 6.00 for shipping of exchanges. Please note that any item that "your price" is less than the listed "regular price" the item is considered a sale item and will only be able to be returned for an exchange. PRE-ORDERS Are only able to be returned for a store credit. If you use a free shipping discount code to recieve free shipping on your order and return any or all of the order to cause the order total to fall below the amount required for the free shipping the shipping cost will be taken out of your refund or store credit amount.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Shipping FAQs TOP

We are pleased to now be able to offer you a flat rate shipping of $6.50! No matter how large your order is you will never pay over $6.50 for shipping again! All orders over $100 will ship for FREE!

We will ship via USPS or FedEx. If you have a preference feel free to use the 'contact' link and let us know. [USPS generally deliveres to a mailbox, office, or holds packages at the post office. FedEx will deliver the package to your front door or office]

International Orders will ship USPS for $45 including tracking through customs. This price is for up to 5 items.

Processing Time TOP

Please allow 24-72 business hours for your order to ship. Please allow adequate time if you are purchasing for a special occasion. If  you need your items by a certain date please send an e-mail to Orders@spoiledsolesboutique.com with the subject line of 'URGENT' and we will work with you as well as possible to insure you have your items by that date. In general, placing an order 2-3 weeks before the date needed is the safest.

Tax TOP

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Texas.

When placing an order you are opting in to our e-mail newsletter with the e-mail address you provide at checkout. If you prefer to not receive these e-mails, please use the opt-out button at the bottom of the newsletter.
